The world's largest straight curved continuous casting machine : 420 mm * 2700 mm continuous casting machine.

The main equipment→A double work KR desulphurization station ,Three sets 120 tons converter ,Two sets 120 tons of LF furnace, Two sets  120 tons of VD furnace ,Continuous casting production line : 300mm×1600mm and 400mm×2700mm .

And we have advanced converter smelting and refining outside the furnace technology, realize desulphurization pretreatment→ the converter smelting→ LF refining furnace → VD vacuum degassing → even the cast billet process.

The continuous casting crystallizer online adjustable width, liquid level automatic control, hydraulic vibration, electromagnetic stirring, dynamic secondary cooling zone of water distribution and dynamic light pressure lower advanced technology.

Pure molten steel, molten steel purity can reach [S] 0.001% or less, [P] 0.005% or less, [O] 0.002% or less, [H] 0.0001% or less, [N] 0.003% or less.

Heavy single blank : casting billet the thickest specifications can reach 420 mm ;the ingot case include 60 tons, 55 tons, 48 tons and tons of 43, 32 tons, 24 tons, 18 tons,this can meet the different needs of various users.
